OUR COACHES
Mike Sherry has been practising martial arts for 15 years. He has competed in kickboxing, Thai boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA in the UK and Thailand.

Oanh Ho has been practising Muay Thai Boxing for the last 3 years. She has been training in Thailand in several boxing camps and helps teach basic Thai boxing techniques to beginners in KickBoxFit classes.
